 I am well aware that I am going to sound insane when I say this but I have decided I am going to be like to be like Gwyneth Paltrow in my 30’s, minus the rock star husband. I have such a crush on her! She is creative, she blogs, she cooks, she seems to have a happy family life and she does it all while looking effortlessly chic and beautiful. I love her blog GOOP and her new cookbook “My Father’s Daughter : Delicious, Easy Recipes Celebrating Family & Togetherness”. She makes the kitchen look like so much fun. She even cooks pizza from scratch on her outdoor wood burning oven. I mean really, how cool is she?

I plan on trying out a recipe of her’s I found in Bon Apetit Magazine this week!
