I’m so excited for you! When I saw the pic on instagram yesterday I excitedly said to the boyfriend “yay! Kate is engaged” and he seemed so confused about this mysterious Kate blogger that I was excited for. It made me laugh a little to think of how blogging makes our little worlds so much bigger with these virtual acquaintances! I love it. In answer to your questions- yes I was ready to get engaged and yes I think Frank dogs speak with a Pepe Le Pew voice when they speak:)
