Dear Kate,
As the end of 365 approaches, we all are a bit saddened to see it come to an end, but perhaps it’s just the beginning of something similar follow. I can now look back & smile, for, as friends sometimes do for other friends, you opened the door. You opened to door for many of us, in which you shared; a small part of your many ambitions, the many facets of you, and all that in this time frame of 365 days, you wanted to manifest.
You made us all dream, just a little harder, to have patience, faith, and much-needed perseverance, in order to achieve what lies deep inside our souls. I am fortunate to call you my friend, and grateful to be a part of this journey, in some small way, or another. I got to experience all 365 to 30 had to offer, through your in-depth writings, your sense of humor, wit, openness, honesty, photographs, achievements and even the those trickling moments of darkness. You have taught me that all is possible, if you can Dream! And that maybe, just maybe, if we try by setting out on our goals, or a date of accomplishment, just like you did, we can then look back and see how much more we have grown, seen, learned or become. I believe that culminating this blog on your Birthday, is most appropriate, for Birthday’s are a reflection of all we have done up to that point in our life, and the beginning of a new life that awaits us…
“Happy Birthday Dear Kate”
Love Always, Chantal
