LESSON 4 : LEARN TO COOK

Brian and I decided that we are going to grill as often as possible until our warm summer nights come to an end. Don’t laugh when you see the grill we are working with! It may be tiny but it’s mighty!! Our first grill night was Mexican themed because we both loooooooovvvvveeee all things Mexican food and drink. I’ll admit I cannot be left unattended with a bowl of tortilla chips and guacamole because I WILL eat the WHOLE bowl. Guacamole and tortilla chips are my kryptonite. If I was on a deserted island I would want Brian and guacamole.

Steak Taco Ingredients

1 1/2 lb flank steak, trimmed if necessary
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon chile powder
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 teaspoon cayenne
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Corn tortillas, for serving
Your favorite taco toppings: Guacamole, Salsa, sour cream, cilantro, cotija cheese, grilled peppers and onions, lime wedges, etc.
